Tile Installer

We are seeking a skilled installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end residential installations of tile, stone veneer, porcelain slab, and microcement. Our work is performed on some of the finest homes in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas, and we maintain longstanding relationships with many of Manitoba’s most respected builders.  We are looking for an installer who demonstrates an exceptionally high level of detail and a strong commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Install tile-preparation systems, including Schluter Ditra, Ditra-Heat, and Kerdi shower systems 

• Install ceramic tile of all formats across a wide range of applications 

• Install porcelain slabs 

• Install stone and brick veneers, primarily for fireplaces and feature walls
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-end ceramic tile installation (proficiency must be demonstrated) 

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for commuting to job sites 

• Basic tile-installation tools (tape measure, trowels, hammer, etc.); larger tools such as snappers, wet saws, and power tools are provided by the company 

• Strong reliability, clear communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of the Schluter training program 

• Experience with porcelain slab installation 

• Experience with brick and stone veneer installation 

• Experience with microcement, plaster, taping, acrylic stucco, or other technical trowel-based techniques
